Get your profile and organization setup

    Create an account by first creating your personal profile and make it look good!

  2. 2Create a Page for your agency, city or company if you mainly want to share information publicly.
  3. 3Create a Group for your initiative, association, or team if you primarily want to collaborate with members.
  4. 4Create Topics for issues, subjects, and programs you want to organize information about.
  5. 5Post Resources your organization needs or provides so our site can automatically connect you to potential partners.

Share information you want your community and organization members to know

  1. 1Download the Browser Button and easily post articles you find on the web.
  2. 2Create Posts to share press releases, documents, blogs from your leadership, or other information in the Newsroom.
  3. 3Promote your conferences, meetings, trainings and concerts by posting Events.

Connect with other leaders and organizations locally and internationally

  1. 1Explore our Directory to connect with, follow or join leaders and organizations.
  2. 2Check your Home activity feed daily to see what leaders and organizations are doing.
  3. 3Invite leaders you know (and those you don't) to join our network so they can work together more effectively. We all benefit!

Take collaboration to the next level

  1. 1Publicize requests for proposals, resource needs and products or services you provide in Resources.
  2. 2Upload your organizational best practices and SOP’s in Procedures and assign to members, employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  3. 3Explore the Training Center to find and copy best practices from other entities worldwide on various development issues.
  4. 4Automate and track procedures and tasks by creating Actions that you can assign to group members or member companies and organizations.
  5. 5Privately message individual or group members regarding actions and initiatives in your Inbox.

Enjoy some perks and reward your members for their efforts with PeoplePoints®!

  1. 1As you all communicate and collaborate on PeoplePrep®, you earn PeoplePoints®.
  2. 2Search for food, beverages, tickets and supplies you can redeem for PeoplePoints®.
  3. 3Create Rewards for goods and services you'll provide for PeoplePoints® to support community building activities.
  4. 4Give your members additional PeoplePoints® for activities outside of PeoplePrep® when you want to thank them for their extra efforts using Donate.
  5. 5Take rewards for doing good to the next level by creating your own PeoplePoints® program (email us).

Build your audience and impact

  1. 1Upload your Contacts to Invite your friends, neighbors and connections to follow or join your Groups.
  2. 2Share posts to your Facebook, LinkedIn and social media audiences to inform them and help them work together!
